The living area with fitted kitchen offers good equipment such as: 4 burner hotplates, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster. The kitchen is quaint Canarian - that is, with a brick kitchenette and lovingly decorated. Satellite TV with German programs, dining table and a sofa are of course also available. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (135 × 195). The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. On the terrace in front of the house there is seating with a table. Enjoy the beginning of the day with a view of the garden and the sea. The holiday home has a private pool (6x4m) with lawn and barbecue area, its own washing machine and its own parking space. The casita is located on an 8000 sqm plot with 3 holiday homes. All houses on this finca are on their own with their own property and pool. Each has its own access, terrace and barbecue area. The finca is located in the sunny south-east of the island, about 250m above Candelaria, in Malpais de Candelaria. Here, surrounded by green landscape, you can enjoy the peace and nature on vacation. The beach of La Candelaria is only about 10 minutes away by car.
